What do I need to bring with me?
You need to bring a photo ID that includes your date of birth, address, and the name and address of the employer to whom the results will be sent. The agency or business requesting that you have your fingerprints taken should provide you with a reason code for your prints.

FBI/BCI Reason Code Requirement
FBI and BCI WebChecks have a specific reason code, a series of numbers and/or letters that define the reason you are being fingerprinted. Separate reason codes for the FBI and BCI are required for all WebCheck fingerprinting. Please refer to the person or organization requesting the fingerprints for the code you need. Rapid Fingerprints personnel cannot assist you in finding the correct code.

NO SHOW:
-If you fail to be present at your Ohio background check appointment, you automatically forfeit your slot as well as payment. Under extenuating circumstances, you may have an opportunity to reschedule your appointment 1 (ONE) time in the event of an APPOINTMENT NO SHOW.

REFUNDS:
-No refunds will be provided.

REJECTED FINGERPRINTS:
-In rare circumstances, some fingerprints are rejected or labeled as unusable. In such cases, we will redo the fingerprints for free if you book an appointment within 30 days of your last appointment.

PAYMENT:
-Fees are payable by card (Via MasterCard etc.), cash, money order or certified check made payable to “RAPID FINGERPRINTS”. Note: personal checks are NOT accepted.

NOTICE:
ONCE AN INDIVIDUAL'S FINGERPRINTS ARE SUBMITTED, THE RESULTS WILL BE MAILED DIRECTLY FROM BCI WITHIN 30 DAYS. THE RAPID FINGERPRINTS DOES NOT RECEIVE THE BACKGROUND CHECK, WE DO NOT MAIL THE RESULTS, AND WE DO NOT SEE THE RESULTS OF THE BACKGROUND CHECK. WE ARE NOT NOTIFIED IF YOU HAVE AN OPEN WARRANT AND WE CANNOT TELL YOU IF YOU HAVE ONE!
